For the past 25 years or so, Singaporeans have
been enjoying the delicious and uniquely
Singaporean seafood specialties whipped up
by Mr. Yeo Hock Seng otherwise known as Ah
Heng to his regulars.

He started his seafood business from the
Whitley Road Hawker Centre. He the moved
onto a sleepy bus terminal at the corner of Ulu
Pandan, Clementi Road and Jackson Food
Centre to its present premise at Marina
Country Club.
